Tara looks like she could lose a little bit more if she wanted to, but she looks healthy. Loved the part about "feeling like a champ" in the steam room.<br /><br />So, about thinking you're stronger on the bike than you show on the road vs. spinning...how often do you pay attention to your heart rate while riding on the road? It would be interesting to see your HR zones vs. speed and compare that to your running data because I bet Zach is right, it could just be the road jitters but you can really go faster. But, who cares about all that mumbo jumbo right now, you are just getitng into the swing of full time training and should enjoy it-it sounds like you are.<br /><br />Hope you have a great weekend. Especially with the new job and all.<br /><br />Regarding the swim - ocassonally I get foot cramps too (especially when I use fins). One of my fellow bloggers told me to leave a pack of tums handy. Weird, but she says it works. I havn't tried it, but... I started taking gatorade with me to the pool an sipping on it between sets. It works like a charm for me.
