Goal Post

I just got back from a super run and am ready to post my goals! First, my super run:
-
Wednesday
5.0 miles/40:42/8:08 average pace
-
And now for the goals:
-
"A" Goal:
-
3:35:00
8:12 average pace
-
"B" Goal:
-
New PR
3:36:47
8:16 average pace
-
"C" Goal:
-
BQ
3:40:59
8:26 average pace
-
Actually, re-qualifying for Boston is the most important goal, but I really want a PR. It's going to be a really fun day and I know I'll do well, so I'm not going to worry too much about the exact time. I can't wait to run with Zach and then hang out with Maritza and Aron. It's going to be awesome!! :)

Great goals Jen. Kick straight and you'll score the "A".

Look out for my mate Sky - he'll be around the 3 hour mark.

Great goals. You have been running so strong, I know you can hit goal A. Plus, I am sure Zach's support will help too.

I would take ANY of those times.

Way to set the bar. I know you will reach any of the goals without a problem.

Cheers to a great race.

You know this as well as I do but I'll say it anyway...

Run to what you have trained to the first 20 miles and then let the chips fall where they may. You're going to do awesome! Have fun.

Looks like we'll be shooting for around the same times...best of luck to you this weekend.

Looks like we'll have optimal racing weather so it's just up to us to shine. I'll keep my eye out for ya.

Jen, you are going to do so awesome this weekend! Although I had a horrible race and missed my 3:45, I know you can pull it off for the both of us. Don't go out too fast, hydrate, and just run your race...you can do it!
