Swim Streak

Ok, only a two day streak, but still!

Tuesday 1100 meters:

250 crawl, 250 backstroke, 250 crawl, 350 pull
(forgot my watch, but it took about 25:00)

Tuesday night I did 20 minutes free weights workout at home, plus abs/core stuff.

Wednesday 500 meters crawl (9:59). Got up with Zach and went to the pool for a short swim and a quick steam. It is always fun sharing a lane with him. :)

Tonight I am going to the group run with Maritza. It's been a long time since I've been to the group- a few months at least. I'm looking forward to it!

Sounds like you are getting back into the swing of things nicely. Run groups are great. I miss mine. Can't wait to run again. Enjoy!

Thanks for the post! Yeah - the shoulder issue is kinda weird...the knots are golf ball size and are hard to break up. My form appears to be fine -but my shoulders just get really sore around mile 5 or 6. I'm going to start lifting some weights!!

I miss swimming!! Sounds fun! Have fun with the running group!!

Jsut found your blog. 2 days is definately a "streak" in my book!

Happy running (and swimming).

You had a 2 day streak and I had a 3 day streak, I guess it was just the week... I'm glad it's almost over with. HAPPY HUMP DAY! Cheers to the weekend!

LOVE group runs... all the chatting just makes the miles and time fly by.

Great job on the swimming streak :)

No pool at the Sports Club we are members at now. kind of miss having that option.

Jen are you running with FoMo? I almost went last night but then I did not. Next week, though!

Great job!! The one time my husband and I shared a lane we collided (I jammed my hand into his shoulder because I was swimming in the middle like I usually do). Luckily, he loves me and forgave me. He's not come with me swimming since, though :-(

Wow, you are so dedicated with your swimming and core exercises. I'm out of the "group" loop also right now. Way to get back in...
