I am running only twice more this week: 6 miles tomorrow, and 5 miles on Friday. We leave Saturday morning for Sacramento. YAY!

I'm with you and Aron -- only 3 runs this week, totaling 10 miles. I feel like I'm on a running diet, and I HATE diets! Hope to see you at the Expo!
