Friday 5.0 miles/45:40/9:08 average pace
It was one of those super foggy mornings- visibility was zero. It was dark when I started my run but as the world got lighter you still couldn't see shit. I ran through the neighborhood, then hopped on the trail a couple miles into my run and was completely alone. It was nice. The fog was so thick it condensed on my eyelashes which made all the lights sparkle.
15 miles tomorrow, still not sure where I want to run. I am possibly the most indecisive person ever. I need to lock it in or I'll get really anxious tonight. So let's spin the wheel annnnnnnd.... Coyote Hills. Ok!

Glad to see you have chosen your run for tomorrow - you always seem to have a good time there.
If you start wavering tonight I will keep you on track.
At least Coyote Hills sounds like it should be above the fog. We were amazed how it'd be clear in the mornings then the fog would roll in and stop at Golden Gate Bridge!
Have a good 15 miler. I agree - 17.7k after work is a long way. Quite a few down here use here for shoes. About half price, and only 4 days or so from the US.
Hope you were safe in the fog! Nice job on the run.
Those foggy mornings can be nice...especially in summer.
Good luck on the 15miler.
what do you wear in the dark?
Oh my gosh I used to run coyote hills for high school cross country meets back in the late 80s. Aaawww, the memories!
So where did you end up for your 15 miler? Not always easy to find good spots when you have a good distance to run.
Will check back for the report....
Damn little energizer bunny!! You be careful out there all alone girl!
I laughed so hard when I got to the fog part of your post:
The world started to get lighter...and I STILL couldn't see shit. LOL
Hope you are having fun skiing!
Hope you had a good 15 miler!!
