Monday 4.0 miles/37:28/9:22 average pace
Another short run, testing the legs. I think I'm recovering pretty good! My shins and knees were a wee bit sore after, but that's ok. It's obviously from the marathon, not the 4-miler!
I'm planning on running again Wednesday and Thursday this week, 4-5 miles each time I think. Then no running Friday, Sat, or Sun. since I will be out of town. Next week I will be in more of a routine, but still w/ low mileage. :)
