Monday 4.0 miles/33:30/8:23 average pace
Again, I couldn't help but push the pace, but this time I dragged Zach with me. :D He liked it I swear. My pace wasn't even though, first two miles about 9:00, then third mile about 8:00, fourth mile about 7:30.
I'm thinking of doing a short easy run after work today (2-3 miles), just because I love to run. And as long as it's short and easy it's fine for taper time. Then, my plan is as follows:
wednesday: 6 easy (group)
Thursday: rest
Friday: 3 easy AM
Saturday: rest
Sunday: MARATHON
