Allright, here it is.
"A" goal: BQ (3:40:59 or better)
"B" goal: Huge PR (3:45 or better)
"C" goal: PR (3:55 or better)
secret dream goal: BQ with time to spare (3:36-3:39)
I believe I can get the BQ. I actually believe I can run 8:15-8:20 pace for most of the race, coming in well below the BQ cutoff time. But the most important thing to me is that I give it my all. I am going to leave it all on the course and know that I tried my best.
