Wednesday 6.75 miles/1:01:xx/9:08 average pace
This was my longest run in the 2 1/2 weeks since the marathon, and it wiped me out! I felt like I was running soooo sloooow, so I was surprised to see my pace. My legs felt heavy and I was working hard. My left knee felt kind of sore in the last half of the run too. I know this is all pretty normal, there's the rule of "1 day of recovery for every mile raced" theory, which has me officially recovering until June 2. Sounds about right.
