I'm in LA for work, so I did Wednesday's run on my beloved Strand. Foggy, busy, and beachy.
Thursday 5.0 miles/48:01/9:37 average pace
Pretty consistent, eh? Less than 10 seconds difference between the 2 runs. Today I ran on this cool dirt path in Rancho Palos Verdes. VERY foggy and gorgeous. Kinda hilly, which stressed my knees a little. Actually, all my joints (knees and ankles- that's a joint right?) and my shins have all been sore-ish this week. I'm not surprised, but I'm trying not to push it too soon. Taking the next 3 days OFF whilst I travel up to the great northwest for a wedding. :)
